Role Overview

• Define and drive the data strategy for Insights and Customer Experience
• Partner with Product Managers to translate product requirements into data models
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to implement data solutions
• Own data quality standards and monitoring processes
• Lead the development of clear data definitions and governance frameworks
• Enable AI and machine learning use cases by ensuring data readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or data product roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing data analysts
• Strong experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)
• Proven track record of improving data quality
• Experience delivering dashboards or data visualization solutions
• Familiarity with modern data stacks
• Background in regulated or complex data environments
