Act as the strategic owner of relationships with manufacturers, conducting alignment meetings, negotiations, visits and performance follow-up.
Negotiate commercial terms, joint targets, marketing budgets and potential exclusivities with manufacturers, engaging in high-value negotiations with significant business impact.
Define and monitor pricing, purchasing and product positioning strategies, ensuring competitiveness, profitability and risk mitigation.
Manage inventory strategically, validating information prepared by analysts and contributing to turnover, replenishment and excess-reduction strategies.
Develop and implement commercial strategies for products and solutions aligned with business objectives and market demand.
Map market trends, competitor movements and consumer behavior, guiding strategy adjustments and price list updates.
Ensure the commercial team is up to date on the portfolio, positioning and competitive differentiators.
Coordinate and influence the creation of training content and product presentations for both internal audiences (sales) and external audiences (resellers and partners).
Plan and execute cross-selling initiatives, incentive campaigns and commercial activities aimed at channels and the internal sales team.
Validate marketing campaign briefs, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, target audience and business strategy.
Monitor and respond to audits related to manufacturers, escalating and resolving any non-conformities.
Validate strategic proposals, campaigns and commercial actions developed by mid-level and junior professionals.
Oversee and validate Part Number registrations and strategic information in the system.
Make decisions based on market intelligence, data analysis, performance indicators and technology trends.
Supervise the integration of new manufacturers and perform onboarding on the ScanSource Cloud platform, when applicable.
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with distribution channels and commercial partners, when applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields.
Advanced English for communication and negotiation with international manufacturers.
Solid experience in product and portfolio management, with a strategic outlook and focus on business results.
Analytical capacity to make data-driven decisions using indicators and market intelligence.
Experience in negotiation, stakeholder relationship management and driving strategic agendas.
Organized profile with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and concurrent demands.
