- Proficiency in Service Stream, 3rd Party and Client Design Tools and Programs
- Experience in quality assurance assessment of deliverables
- Technical guidance for cost and quality optimized solutions
- Technical troubleshooting for onsite queries
- Strong communication skills with relevant stakeholders
- Administrative skills for updating trackers and applications
