Role Overview
- Implement AI solutions and agent-based workflows according to specifications defined by Tech Leads and Business Analysts.
- Integrate LLMs, data retrieval pipelines, and AI tools into existing platforms and workflows.
- Participate in design reviews as a contributor, applying feedback and following established architectural standards.
- Share relevant AI updates (new models, frameworks, and tools) with the team through informal knowledge sharing, show-and-tell sessions, and written summaries.
- Communicate implementation blockers or design ambiguities to the responsible lead promptly.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code, adhering to team standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and React.
- Over 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, or similar).
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines or agent-based workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: clean code, unit testing, documentation, and version control (Git).
- Ability to work from technical specifications and collaborate within a structured development team.
- Good communication skills to proactively and promptly report blockers and ambiguities.
