About this role

Ensure deliveries are completed on time, within budget, and with a strong customer focus
Plan, organize and monitor the project lifecycle
Define scope, schedule, budget and success metrics
Facilitate communication between technical and business areas
Manage risks, impediments and scope changes
Lead ceremonies and tracking rituals (status meetings, dailies, etc.)
Report progress and results to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in processes and management practices

Previous experience as a Project Manager in IT or Digital environments
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or similar)
Clear communication skills with technical teams and executives
Ability to analyze, prioritize and make data-driven decisions
Organized, with a sense of ownership and customer-result orientation
Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 or equivalents)

Experience in technology companies, consultancies or digital product environments

Prior experience in scaled agile environments (Squads, Tribes, OKRs)
