Role Overview
- Process and settle Fixed Income trades (government bonds, corporate bonds, repos) via settlement depositaries
- Ensure accurate and timely matching and settlement of trades in line with market deadlines
- Monitor settlement status and proactively resolve failed or pending trades
- Liaise with custodians, clearing agents and counterparties to resolve discrepancies ahead of settlement cut-offs
- Perform daily cash and securities reconciliations, maintaining strong operational controls to mitigate risk to the Bank

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Fixed income products and settlement processes
- Solid understanding of full settlement cycle, from trade booking through to post-trade processing & reconciliation
- Familiarity with CSDR settlement process would be advantageous
- Experience using settlement platforms such as Calypso Cash, OMGEO ALERT, Easy way would be advantageous
