Act as the primary technical interface for all HW quality-related topics with leading automotive OEM and Tier1 to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Drive quality risks assessment using structured problems-solving methodology, coordinating Root Cause analysis and Corrective actions (8D) while ensuring continuous quality improvement (CIP).
Conduct first‑level technical analysis of customer reruns, validate reported issues, reproduce failures, and perform initial fault isolation to expedite root cause identification.
Manage No‑Trouble‑Found (NTF) cases, closing the loop with customers and providing clear, actionable feedback to internal teams for systemic improvement.
Coordinate and drive advanced failure analysis, including package-level and die-level failure analysis.
Contribute to the creation and deployment of automotive‑specific quality processes, tools, and KPIs aligned with IATF 16949, AEC‑Q100.
Lead Product Change Notice (PCN) activities to ensure smooth implementation and quality stability after mass production (MP).
Support internal and external audits and ensure ongoing compliance with automotive standards.
Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent
10+ years in Quality Management ideally in the semiconductor industry; direct automotive‑quality or customer‑facing technical roles is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of semiconductor/IC technology, fault isolation, failure mechanisms and analysis, and system‑architecture interactions.
Deep knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies and procedures (e.g., IATF 16949, FMEA, 8D and Risk Management,).
Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills (Power Query), SQL, Power BI and Data Modeling.
Hands-on experience with Confluence, (including process design)
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional, international teams
Professional fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
