Loyalty Program Support: Creating content and engagement activities in Samsung Members app and Community for Rewards loyalty program.
Campaign Governance: Planning and executing CRM campaigns, monitoring campaign performances and providing feedback.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with the CRM team, participating in meetings, contributing ideas for improving CRM strategies, supporting Business Innovation Team.
Requirements
BSc/MSc (pursuing/graduate) in Marketing or Media & Communication
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic understanding of project management
Proficiency in English language
Interest in learning about CRM & Loyalty strategy
Willingness to learn about segmentation rules and approaches
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to effectively contribute under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment
Team-oriented mindset, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
