About this role
Role Overview
- Manage strategic partnerships, ensuring product success and high performance;
- Prospect new channels, identify business opportunities, and expand our partner network;
- Activate, engage, and support partners to help them achieve their commercial goals;
- Create and implement channel-specific demand generation strategies;
- Monitor the partnerships funnel and use CRM tools to optimize the process;
- Prepare management reports and analyze performance indicators to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, channel management, or B2B sales;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales funnel management;
- Ability to develop strategic plans and analyze performance metrics;
- Knowledge of channel marketing and demand generation strategies;
- Basic project management skills and commercial negotiation techniques;
- Excellent communication skills with strong persuasion abilities;
- Focus on building and maintaining long-term, high-value relationships;
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Proactive and results-oriented;
- Resilience and adaptability to handle new scenarios and challenges;
- Availability for travel.
