Collaborate with Local Benefits, Health & Safety, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams
Identify friction points in employee interaction and leverage AI for a personalized engagement journey
Translate complex program data into actionable strategies for senior leadership

10+ years of progressive experience in global workplace wellbeing, Global Benefits, or program management
Relevant certifications such as Mental Health First Aid, or professional clinical/coaching credentials (preferred)
Deep expertise in implementing and optimizing global programs, including strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive-level recommendations and compelling business cases
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
