Client Specialist – Sales & Growth, Fitness/Sports Performance

Role Overview

• Drive Revenue & Membership Growth
• Turn walk-ins, leads, and inquiries into committed members
• Confidently present D1 programs and pricing
• Consistently hit and exceed sales targets
• Generate new business through calls, texts, and outreach
• Represent D1 at local events, schools, and sports communities
• Build partnerships that expand our reach in the Corona area
• Understand each client’s goals and match them to the right program
• Create an exceptional first impression and onboarding experience
• Help keep members engaged, excited, and committed
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to drive results
• Contribute ideas to improve sales systems and processes

Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging with both youth athletes and adults
• Organized, driven, and goal-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
