Resolve platform and application issues
Troubleshoot issues involving on-prem and cloud technologies including, Linux, Kubernetes, Network, Storage, DNS.
Complete root cause analysis on complex issues
Build, maintain and update cloud platforms using infrastructure as code
Reduce toil and drive down incident MTTR.
Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Help strengthen our data driven approach
Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards

4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of experience with public cloud and on-prem technologies
4+ years of experience with supporting Linux
2+ years of experience with Terraform and GitHub
2+ years of experience with Kubernetes
2+ years of experience with Python (Desired)
4+ years of experience supporting shared hosting environments (Desired)
4+ years of experiences with Incident and change Management (Desired)
2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (Desired)
2+ years of experience with Harness pipeline creation (Desired)
2+ years of experience with Jira, Grafana, KQL and JQL (Desired)
