Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, logistics, or digital marketplace environments.
A customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving measurable business impact and solving complex problems.
Experience with AI-driven product concepts, workflow automation, or platform ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decisive product outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and make clear decisions in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams within an agile development framework.
Knowledge of freight procurement workflows, including RFQs, tendering, and carrier management (Bonus Points).
