Ensure service and customer support during on-site customer visits
Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks
Responsible for diagnosing faults or technical issues and determining appropriate solutions
Prepare detailed service reports
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of processes
Adhere to all company-specific procedures and protocols
Handle customer requests and provide appropriate recommendations
Requirements
Technical university degree, e.g., in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field
Alternatively, a completed vocational qualification in a relevant field with further training (e.g., state-certified technician or business administrator) and several years of relevant professional experience
Several years of solid field service experience
Ideally experience in life sciences or biomedical engineering
Experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing and maintaining technical equipment
Flexible working style and willingness to travel internationally at least 50%
Strong customer focus and team spirit
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
