Own plant P&L with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning for the plant
Drive variance analysis across COGS, overheads, productivity, scrap, and absorption
Manage rolling plant cash flow forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly)
Optimize working capital across inventory, payables, and receivables
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements
Act as finance partner to Plant Manager and teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality

CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
9–12 years of manufacturing or plant finance experience with P&L and costing ownership
Strong understanding of manufacturing economics and cost drivers
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Power BI exposure preferred
ERP experience (QAD preferred) with strong process discipline
Willingness to travel to manufacturing site on a monthly basis
