Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple Data Science initiatives, from planning through execution.
Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and timelines across concurrent projects.
Ensure alignment between Data Science initiatives and broader business priorities.
Act as the primary interface between Data Science and teams such as Product, Engineering, and Commercial.
Design and continuously improve scalable, lightweight processes tailored to Data Science workflows.
Support clear articulation of Data Science outputs and their business value.

European legal working status is required.
Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to translate company strategic goals into structured execution plans.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programmes in technology, data or related environments.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
Experience establishing processes, governance frameworks and operational standards.
Familiarity with data science, AI, or quantitative domains.
