Join the Engine & Transmission Controls group as a Functional System Architect (FSA)
Understand and define functional system requirements and architectures in relation to various components
Provide mentoring and guidance to the Sub-System Lead Engineers
Develop and drive requirements architectural vision and ART Solution context for your domain
Champion the roll-down from FTS, STS, Initiative, and Product Team to create requirements architecture
Ensure seamless integration of various systems into the vehicle
Act as the lead contact for the Engineering Pillar of the Product Team
Collaborate with Product Team members to define the ART functional architecture vision
Support development scrum teams in the ICEPROP ART
Capture customer-facing requirements
Reference System Safety Hazard Analysis and comprehend applicable regulations

Bachelors Degree in engineering
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Engine Controls Systems
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Engine Integration
Expert understanding of the physics related to Engine Combustion and/or fluid dynamics
High level of analytical problem-solving ability
Ability to prioritize work with only limited direction from manager
High level of oral and written communication skills
High level of interpersonal styles and communication
Experience with Requirements management tools (i.e. Doors, DNG, etc.)
Experience with Change management tools (i.e. Jira)
Background using simulation environments and Plant modeling for fault insertion analysis, testing, requirements generation (Matlab/Simulink, GMSIM, D-Space, ETAS, other)
