You develop, implement and maintain RPA bots and automation scripts for core business processes (policy administration, claims processing, billing processes).
You take responsibility for the technical implementation of system integrations – particularly related to AMS and industry-specific standards (BiPRO, GDV).
You analyze existing manual processes and design automation concepts in close coordination with the team lead and the business units.
You maintain and extend existing automation solutions and ensure quality through testing and thorough documentation.
You actively contribute to building the Process Intelligence infrastructure (Azure, Python, CI/CD).
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant practical experience.
You have at least 3–5 years of experience in developing and implementing RPA solutions and automation scripts.
You have demonstrable project success in the technical implementation of process automations – ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
Experience connecting system interfaces (REST/SOAP, BiPRO, GDV) is a clear plus.
You independently develop RPA bots and automation solutions using common tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere).
You understand the business processes of an insurance broker (policy administration, claims processing, billing processes) and can implement them technically.
You develop automation scripts in Python and have experience with workflow engines.
You implement system integrations between broker management and CRM systems (e.g., AMS, Salesforce, BiPRO, GDV standards).
You document your solutions thoroughly (architecture diagrams, process flows, technical documentation).
You have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements in the insurance environment (GDPR, IDD) and handle customer data responsibly.
You are willing to travel within Germany occasionally.
You are open to feedback and enjoy working closely with your team and the team lead.
