Role Overview
- Advanced MSK assessment and management
- Independent prescribing for MSK conditions
- Request and interpret imaging and blood tests
- Use radiology requesting systems (ICE or similar)
- Deliver F2F MSK and injection clinics
- Run joint and soft tissue injection clinics independently
- Flex appointment length based on clinical need
- Manage escalated F2F MSK cases when not running injection clinics
- Deliver remote MSK clinics when scheduled
Requirements
- Advanced MSK assessment and management experience
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Level 7 Advanced Practice / PGDip preferred
- Imaging and blood test requesting experience
- ICE or similar radiology system experience
- Joint injection experience
- Soft tissue injection experience
- Experience running injection clinics
- Virtual consultation experience
- NHS email and smartcard number required
