You will shape, manage and further develop our product range for the DIY market, actively introducing new ideas into our portfolio
You monitor sales, volume and profitability trends, review forecasts and derive concrete measures and recommendations for action
With a keen sense for trends and consumer needs, you develop product concepts for new applications and provide impulses for innovative new products
You manage product launches from concept through follow-up, ensuring new products successfully reach the market
In close collaboration with R&D, production, marketing and sales, you actively drive the ongoing development of our assortment
Requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on marketing, or hold a comparable qualification with relevant additional credentials; you also have several years of relevant professional experience in product management
You confidently implement product campaigns and have a good sense for consumers, markets and trends
You are very familiar with the DIY sector and your practical understanding of craftsmanship helps you view products from an end-consumer perspective
Analytical and conceptual thinking are among your strengths – you approach tasks independently, goal-oriented and with a clear solution focus
With your creative, communicative and highly organized manner, combined with an open and persuasive presence, you bring fresh ideas successfully into the team and to market
