Data and Research Associate

Role Overview

• roll out a health insurance study in Kenya and Nigeria
• harmonize and analyze a unique dataset of Standardized Patients studies
• support on IRB applications and new data collection in the field
• data cleaning of datasets already collected
• data analysis and production of graphs and materials for presentations
• management of datasets and code for analysis
• supervising field teams in Kenya and Nigeria
• production of replicable coding “do” files for publication
• assistance with funding and IRB applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience required (or equivalent combination of education and work experience)
• Analytical experience with STATA, R, Overleaf/LaTeX, Git/Github preferred
• Master's degree with significant coursework on empirical methods and data analysis preferred
