Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project.
Develop pitches and presentations for a varied range of clients for broker team.
Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling campaigns, maintenance of mailing lists, and running campaign reports.
Update Brokers’ recent transactions on applicable websites, and client contract portals for both local and regional clients intel to be readily available.
Requirements
1-2+ years of marketing support services experience within Commercial Real Estate.
Strong Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate.
Proficient in intermediate functions including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and comfortable with using network/cloud based systems.
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
