Role Overview
- Planning, operation and further development of network and firewall infrastructures
- Administration of Linux systems or Microsoft Azure, Windows Server and Active Directory
- Providing 2nd-level support and assisting with technical inquiries
- Performing troubleshooting and performance optimizations
- Contributing to IT security projects and audits
- Participating in on-call duty to ensure operations
Requirements
- Completed IT training, degree in computer science or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in network administration and firewall management
- Solid knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, VLAN, OSPF, BGP and TCP/IP
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, PowerShell or Linux and associated server infrastructures
- Independent and structured working style
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
