Appointment setting: You schedule client appointments (phone, network, leads) and build a clean pipeline.
Learn the process: You learn conversation guides, needs assessment, follow-up and documentation standards.
Performance optimization: You work with KPIs, receive feedback and systematically improve your results.
Analysis & preparation: You assist in analyzing client situations and prepare consulting materials in a structured way.
Client contact: You support conversations (depending on the stage), take on follow-ups and ensure clear next steps.
Documentation & organization: You keep processes tidy, document consistently and ensure reliability.
Teamwork: You work closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of your work packages.

Must be currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (FH)
German at least C1 (spoken & written)
Strong communication skills, commitment and reliability
Self-starter with a structured way of working
Desire to deliver results and measurable performance
Preferably: some initial experience in sales, customer service, consulting or a performance/sports culture
