Python & React Engineer with AI (Remote, Latam)

Kubikware is a digital agency with over 20 years of experience in web and mobile platform development. They are seeking a Senior Python, React & AI Engineer to build and deliver AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment, with potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Join a fast-paced engagement focused on building and delivering a production-ready, AI-driven solution
• Build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments
• Work in client-facing roles
• Collaborate with US-based teams (Central Time overlap required)
• Utilize strong proficiency in Python and solid experience with React
• Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering (backend or full-stack roles)
• Strong proficiency in Python (core requirement)
• Solid experience with React
• Hands-on experience building APIs and data pipelines
• Experience working with LLMs or AI-driven workflows
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
• Ability to build and ship production-ready code quickly in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Blob Storage, etc.)
• Background in document processing or structured data extraction
• Familiarity with LLM validation patterns (e.g., LLM-as-judge)
• Experience working on early-stage or fast-moving projects
