In this context, we are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer committed to joining a motivated team to help define a UX vision for our products, and to work within tribes (composed of multiple products) to coordinate interface and service design projects in line with our global strategy. Within the Distribution Channels domain (all customer-facing front-end), your role will be transversal leadership and mentorship for UX/UI designers (no direct reports), contributing to and driving the UX strategy and vision.
Requirements
Lean UX and the double diamond process hold no secrets for you.
You have at least 3 years' experience leading a team or community of UX/UI designers.
You are fluent in English (Veepee brings together more than ten nationalities working together).
You make extensive use of design thinking methods, you enjoy debating ideas, and you provide constructive criticism.
You demonstrate empathetic leadership and strong verbal and rhetorical skills. You enjoy collaborating in a team and contributing to team life.
You know how to handle emotional design skillfully, because you understand it is what makes an experience memorable for users.
