Role Overview
- Configure and develop solutions within the EasyVista (ITSM) platform
- Write and optimize SQL scripts for data handling, reporting, and workflows
- Customize and maintain web interfaces, forms, and service portals
- Design and improve workflows (incident, request, change processes)
- Support integrations with other internal systems and tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance problems
- Manage change requests, deployments, and testing activities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure system compliance with standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application development, ITSM platforms, or system support
- Strong experience with SQL scripting and relational databases
- Experience working with ITSM or workflow-based platforms (EasyVista, ServiceNow, Remedy, Ivanti, etc.)
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, basic JavaScript, UI customization)
- Understanding of application lifecycle, testing, and deployments
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
