Role Overview
- Business development
- Reach out to clients and visit them when necessary
- Improve clients' insurance coverages based on their needs
- Work as a team with an assistant on billing and presentations
- Retain clients by monitoring service quality
- Generate new business through prospecting
- Identify potential clients' needs
- Participate in requests for proposals (RFPs) / tender processes
- Develop placement strategies
- Follow up on accounts receivable
- Negotiate programs and service agreements
Requirements
- College diploma
- Minimum of 3 years' experience
- Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of EPIC software, an asset
- Knowledge of transport insurance, an asset
- Valid AMF license – commercial property and casualty insurance, an asset
- PAA professional designation, an asset
