Evaluate, configure, and implement legal technology, including AI tools.
Administer legal matter intake, including triage, workflows, reporting, and template configuration.
Support selection and implementation of a new CLM system, including templates, data migration, and process design.
Maintain and improve current file-based contract and document repository.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation across the legal function.
Own recurring compliance processes, including reporting and audit support.
Draft, review, and manage standard agreements.
Requirements
Paralegal/legal ops background (5+ years, in-house preferred) or attorney background (J.D. with 1-3 years of experience, including foreign-qualified attorneys).
Notary Public certification preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experienced with contracting processes and legal workflows
Fluency with legal technology tools and systems, including SaaS configuration and administration
Ability to balance efficiency, judgment, and risk awareness.
