About this role
Role Overview
- Take ownership of our online shop and online marketplaces such as Amazon
- Ensure all shop content is up to date and error-free
- Plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns
- Develop initiatives to improve conversion rates and the user experience
- Analyze shop and performance metrics and derive optimization measures
- Work closely with Marketing, the Product team and external partners
- Support shop functionality, tracking and technical integrations
- Monitor e-commerce trends and apply them appropriately at Oatsome
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online marketing or online shop management
- Good understanding of what convinces customers in an online shop
- Analytical mindset with strong numerical affinity
- High technical affinity and willingness to learn new tools
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-team collaboration
- Structured and independent way of working
- Fluent German (C1) and good command of English
