About this role
Role Overview
Independently respond to and handle customer inquiries
Ensure customer-oriented, efficient, and timely order processing
Support the administration of the customer service tools in use
Collaborate with various departments to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
Completed commercial (business) training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in customer service
Experience with ticketing systems
Structured, responsible, and independent working style
Strong communication skills and results-oriented approach
Excellent written and spoken German
