Role Overview
- Independently respond to and handle customer inquiries
- Ensure customer-oriented, efficient, and timely order processing
- Support the administration of the customer service tools in use
- Collaborate with various departments to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Completed commercial (business) training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customer service
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Structured, responsible, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and results-oriented approach
- Excellent written and spoken German
