Customer Support Advisor

Role Overview

• Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails from potential customers
• Answer general queries about our client and booking details
• Act as the first contact point for all B2B or freight related enquiries
• Capture key B2B lead information
• Manage day-to-day performance to ensure SLA targets are met
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers and internal departments
• Suggest areas for improvement based on service developments

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
• Commitment to meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Experience in the financial services sector
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
