Maintain HR personnel files and retention procedures
Oversee HR policies in collaboration with Legal and Employee Relations
Manage compliance risks and data integrity
Uphold HR compliance, governance, policy integrity, and risk mitigation throughout HR operations
Support legal, regulatory, and audit requirements
Manage right-to-work, visa, and sponsorship responsibilities
Provide support in change management and large-scale initiatives such as TUPE transfers, acquisitions, and mergers
Lead on UK&I compliance, ensuring documentation is compliant with relevant GDPR and legislative requirements
Use analytics, data, and AI tools to maximise efficiencies across HR systems
Act as an escalation point for TA and Security screening and DBS queries
Ensure personnel files are up to date with the necessary documentation and relevant key audit compliance indicators
Manage the annual internal and external HR audit processes
Monitor employees Right to Work statuses
Anticipate risks, ensuring mitigation plans and controls are in place
Support with subject access request reviews as required
Manage personnel file data accuracy and work across HR to ensure quality inputs

Proven experience working in a similar role
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of employee relations and employment legislation
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making, influence stakeholders and improve coworker experience
