As the first point of contact at the agency, your positive and courteous manner makes people feel welcome in every situation.
You provide confidential support to our employees on HR administrative matters, for example preparing employment contracts and handling vacation requests and sick leave notifications.
You coordinate and support personnel processes such as feedback meetings, the preparation of employment references, and other personnel-related arrangements in daily agency operations.
You review and assess applications, contact candidates, coordinate scheduling for (video) interviews, and pave the way for a successful start in their desired role.
In collaboration with management, you arrange our internal and external events.
You organize business trips including booking and expense reconciliation.
You manage our employee data and maintain our HR tool to keep data and documents up to date.
You are responsible for permanent boarding processes (onboarding, ongoing and offboarding).
You are also the internal contact for operational IT matters, coordinating technical setups, access, hardware and IT onboarding/offboarding, and liaising with external service providers.
In collaboration with our controlling colleague, you also support the accounting department.
Requirements
You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position.
You bring strong communication skills, discretion, and a service-oriented demeanor.
You are familiar with administrative workflows and common HR standard processes.
You work in a structured and careful manner and take a high level of personal responsibility.
You are highly organized, reliable, and maintain oversight even when handling many concurrent tasks.
You have very strong German language skills, both written and spoken.
