Work at the Caspar Clinic as part of an interdisciplinary team
Provide individual patient care using the Caspar app, chat, and telephone within various aftercare programs
Develop individualized training plans based on diagnosis, patient needs, and preferences
Motivate patients to adhere to their therapy
Contribute creative ideas to the patient care team
Lead group classes via video, host live digital webinars, and give prevention lectures

Completed vocational training or degree as a therapist (physiotherapist, sports scientist)
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience as a therapist working with rehabilitation patients
Experience with back-school/back pain education is a plus
Experience in at least one additional specialty (e.g., neurology, cardiology, geriatrics, gynecology, pulmonology, oncology)
Affinity for digital media and its application in healthcare
Empathic, strong communication skills, and a respectful approach
Fluent in German and at least basic knowledge of English
