Take responsibility for the planning work across all service phases according to §34 HOAI – preferably with a focus on execution planning, preparing specifications (bills of quantities) through to construction supervision and documentation
Coordinate building construction projects independently and take on interdisciplinary internal project management and project support
Independently develop architectural concepts and building-construction plans using CAD software

Degree as a Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Architect, or state-certified Technician in Construction Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
Confident user of relevant CAD and Office programs
Familiar with VOB and DIN standards as well as the recognized rules of engineering practice
Professional experience with several years of practical work; you demonstrate a confident manner, negotiation skills and professionalism when dealing with clients, business partners and contractors
