Responsible for sales, margin, and inventory quality KPIs for the categories under their management;
Analyze, propose, and direct actions to improve product performance on C&A's website and app, leading sales acceleration strategies;
Build initiatives across digital channels such as CRM, Media, Direct Sales and Minha C&A, continuously testing new formats;
Responsible for defining assortment and volume decisions with the commercial and supply teams for products to be offered on the website and app;
Act as an interface with marketing, brick-and-mortar commercial teams, operations, studio and product registration, technology, CRM, direct sales, Minha C&A and supply teams;
Responsible for the commercial management of the category assigned to them.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Technology or related fields;
Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing;
