Experience: Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, preferably using Ruby on Rails or Golang.
Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and efficient data modeling.
Experience with modern infrastructure: Kubernetes and AWS.
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana) and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, or Kafka).
Proficiency in automated testing (RSpec or similar), SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and proficiency with Git/Linux.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence: Familiarity with integrating LLMs, AI frameworks, or building data-driven features.
