Role Overview
- Create and edit social-first video content for Richard Branson, Holly Branson and Virgin channels
- Spot trends, react quickly and produce content in the moment that taps into culture
- Shoot and edit a range of content – from quick-turn social clips to more polished, high-production pieces
- Work across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, tailoring content to each audience
- Collaborate with teams across the Virgin Group, partners and agencies to bring ideas to life
- Confidently manage stakeholders, including high-profile individuals, with professionalism and ease
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in video editing
- Strong social-first instincts and a sharp eye for what makes content land
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop essential)
- Experience shooting content and confidence using professional camera equipment
- Ability to edit on the go using tools like Canva and Edits or similar
- Confidence using AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows
- Confidence working with senior or high-profile stakeholders
