Development of intelligent and efficient bots (attended & unattended) for process automation using state-of-the-art RPA and AI tools
Designing appropriate solution concepts using automation tools and AI technologies and implementing these solutions
Supporting our citizen developers with technical questions related to automation topics
Contributing to existing artificial intelligence trainings and further developing them to address a broader audience within RÖDL
Initial assessment of incoming automation and AI requests regarding feasibility, potential value and implementability, including subsequent coordination and follow-up
Active participation in shaping our “Automation Store” and maintaining an overview of existing solutions
Identifying reusable components to increase efficiency and scalability across the company
Requirements
Completed degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, engineering) or vocational training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in process automation
Relevant experience with RPA and low-code development in the UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform environments is an advantage
Interest in creative problem-solving and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
Self-motivation, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
Focus on the essentials and the ability to structure and efficiently automate complex business processes
