Serve as the primary architect of our commercial pricing strategy, creating deal pricing models across all Ventra Health business units.
Perform sophisticated financial modeling and influence executive-level decision making.
Partner directly with Ventra’s sales organization, client success, business unit presidents, and financial leaders.
Design, build and maintain complex pricing models for a private-equity sponsored, healthcare B2B revenue cycle management organization.
Conduct what-if scenario analysis to predict the impact of pricing changes and customer variables on revenue and margin.
Maintain and improve upon Excel-based models, while evaluating opportunities to improve scale and automation through the deployment of enhanced tools.
Act as strategic partner to business unit presidents and the sales organization, providing the data-backed ‘why’ behind pricing recommendations and scenario analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous field is required; examples include mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, or similar.
7+ years in strategic pricing, commercial finance, or management consulting; experience in healthcare RCM services or a B2B service-based environment is highly preferred.
Experience developing, maintaining, and improving sophisticated financial models, with preference given to pricing experience and healthcare pricing (Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in a quantitatively rigorous environment, with direct evidence of ability to operate at a very fast pace.
