Report directly to the General Counsel
Manage responsibility and serve as a corporate generalist
Advise on securities laws, corporate governance, and related compliance matters
Prepare and review SEC filings, support corporate policies and processes
Enhance corporate governance
Support M&A, capital markets and other corporate transactions
Provide legal support and guidance on executive compensation and corporate transactions
Collaborate on external communications such as earnings releases and press releases

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
At least 5 years’ practice with an established law firm
At least 10 years’ experience as a deputy general counsel or a similar role at a public company
Must be admitted, active and in good standing with the State of California
Highly analytical and exceptional business and legal issue identification and problem-solving skills
Practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to operate autonomously while being a team player
