Lead the strategy and evolution of one or more critical products, with direct responsibility for impact on business metrics (engagement, revenue, and satisfaction);
Define relevant problems and prioritize initiatives based on data, strategic context, and user needs;
Conduct continuous discovery, structuring hypotheses, experiments, and learnings together with design and engineering;
Ensure high-quality execution by working closely with teams to unblock decisions, reduce risks, and accelerate deliveries;
Align stakeholders across different areas and levels of seniority, ensuring clarity of direction and trade-offs;
Evolve governance and the operating model of the products and channels under your responsibility;
Monitor and improve end-to-end product metrics, adjusting strategy as necessary;
Contribute to team development and the dissemination of product best practices.
Requirements
Experience leading multiple product initiatives, with a track record of deliveries in complex and ambiguous scenarios;
Strategic vision to think in the medium and long term, connecting product evolution with the company’s broader objectives;
Ability to evolve the governance of key channels used by different user profiles, maintaining excellent stakeholder management with domain teams;
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — you adapt your message, set expectations clearly, resolve conflicts calmly, and master asynchronous alignment, producing concise documentation that guides decisions;
Bachelor’s degree (completed).
