Role Overview
- Support the structuring and improvement of solutions related to integral education, ensuring operational feasibility, scalability and alignment with institutional guidelines
- Translate technical assessments and directives into workflows, tools, materials and processes that support implementation in local contexts
- Design and organize project management processes and routines, ensuring monitoring of deadlines, deliverables, risks and outcomes
- Support the management and monitoring of vendors and partners, ensuring technical quality and adherence to proposed solutions
- Develop and organize support instruments (spreadsheets, guides, templates, dashboards, technical materials) to assist Education Departments and internal teams
- Analyze data and evidence to inform decisions on prioritization, improvement and evolution of solutions
- Map and implement opportunities to use technologies (including AI) to optimize processes, organize information and support analysis
- Work collaboratively with technical consultants and internal teams to ensure coherence between strategy, development and implementation
- Systematize learnings, organize records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the area’s solutions and processes
- Monitor trends in education, innovation, public management and technology, contributing relevant knowledge for the development of new approaches
Requirements
Prerequisites:
- Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Public Management or related fields
- Experience in project, process or product management (preferably in education, public sector, private sector or civil society)
- Experience organizing workflows, overseeing multiple workstreams and managing deliverables
- Experience using data analysis to support management or decision-making
- Experience preparing technical materials, instruments or tools to support implementation
- Familiarity with digital tools and an interest in applying technology (including AI) to management and innovation
- Ability to organize, prioritize and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
Desirable/Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with educational public policy or working with Education Departments
- Experience with integral education or policies to extend the school day
- Experience managing vendors or external partners
- Experience developing or improving methodologies, solutions or programs
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (advanced Excel/Sheets, BI, dashboards)
- Experience designing scalable processes
- Interest or experience in educational equity topics
