Conducts strategic initiative reporting for Bankers Life, Washington National, and Colonial Penn.
Supports business case development for Consumer Division Growth Strategy initiatives.
Assist with the development of key management deliverables, including Rating Agency presentations, QBR materials, internal business reviews, etc.
Work closely with technology and DP&A CoE team members to improve the timeliness, accuracy, and availability of data used in various operational and strategic reports and dashboards.
Work closely with Consumer Division business partners to continuously improve processes, policies, and procedures and internal control standards to ensure "One Source of Truth" reporting.
Maintains documentation for key financial reporting and operations processes and models.
Performs Budget/Forecast validation and process support as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related discipline required.
5 years of financial and operational experience required.
Experience using AI technologies and Power BI to support analytics and data-driven insights.
