Role Overview

Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years' experience handling complexity/high-severity claims
- Extensive problem-solving skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong working knowledge of claim best practices
- Direct leadership experience (coaching, mentoring, consultation, and stakeholder alignment)
