Define and evolve solution architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Lead the squad technically, serving as the development reference for .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, supporting the Product Manager
Ensure the application of software engineering best practices (clean code, tests, version control, design patterns)
Conduct code reviews, support technical decisions, and resolve complex problems
Design and evolve APIs, services, and system integrations
Implement and document technical solutions and routines, including integrations with databases and computing environments
Perform advanced troubleshooting of applications and integrations, ensuring stability and performance
Support the configuration and evolution of environments and systems, ensuring security best practices
Manage technical relationships with vendors involved in deliveries and integrations
Promote continuous improvement and standardization of development processes
Lead the adoption of the augmented efficiency model, leveraging AI tools across the development cycle
Support automation, CI/CD, and squad productivity improvement initiatives
Act as the technical focal point with stakeholders

Proven experience in development and technical leadership with .NET, Delphi, and PL/SQL
Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, and system integration
Experience with software engineering best practices (clean code, automated testing, version control)
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to solve complex problems and make technical decisions
Experience mentoring and developing technical teams
Knowledge of databases and performance optimization
Understanding of information security as applied to development
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience or familiarity with applying AI to software development
Proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and result orientation
