Media Production Analyst

Role Overview

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of media production projects.
• Manage and organize media operations, ensuring tagging and archiving for easy retrieval and version control.
• Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Support the technical aspects of media operations, including understanding of all programs and execution.
• Monitor production timelines and workflows, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively communicating status updates.
• Conduct quality control checks on all media programs to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and technical specifications are met.
• Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve media operations processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the media operations team and client objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mercadeo, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a media production or related analytical role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proficiency with media management software and content management systems.
• Strong understanding of various media formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to programs support.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
