Support maintenance, enhancement, and development activities for mainframe systems.

Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering) or another relevant field, or have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
Have five (5) years of experience in development and maintenance of mainframe and/or client‑server systems in a distributed environment.
Have two (2) years of experience producing functional specification documents in the context of system development or maintenance.
Have completed assignments using development methods similar to those used at Revenu Québec (DMR‑P2 and P3).
Have three (3) years of experience as a functional analyst in mainframe environments using an IDMS database and one or more of the following technologies: COBOL and CICS, with TSO/ISPF and JCL tools.
