Social Media Content Creator

Role Overview

• Develop and produce videos thumb-stopping content: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and writing post copy
• Stay on top of culture, industry and competitor content to resonate with the end user
• Maintain the brand’s visual and voice identity across all content
• Collaborate with team to support planned content briefs as well as real-time proactive opportunities
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, and Product teams to strategically develop social-first content
• Partner with teams on influencer briefs, feedback and social first event concepts

Requirements

• 5+ years creating social content for a brand (portfolio required)
• Previous experience capturing and creating content using an iPhone and/or digital camera
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premier Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Deep understanding of Social first formats, hooks, and platform algorithms
• Excellent time management – you can move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Proven writing skills (captions, scripts, concepts)
• Comfortable digging into analytics to see what’s working
• Proficient in one or many Adobe Creative Suite programs for graphic design
• Familiarity with paid and organic social creative best practices
